These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Xikon Limited online store and any orders you place with us. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Xikon Limited sells computers, phones, printers, copiers and related electronics from Oyibi Seduase. Contact details are listed on our Contact page.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
- By placing an order you confirm that your contact and delivery details are accurate.
- An order is an offer to buy. Stock is confirmed when Paystack payment succeeds, or when a cash-on-delivery order is accepted and created in our system.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if an item cannot be fulfilled, payment fails, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled item(s) and contact you on the phone number provided.
3. Payment
Accepted methods include Paystack (card / mobile money) and cash on delivery where the product and cart allow it. Title to goods passes when full payment is received (or on delivery for COD once payment is collected), subject to our right to reclaim goods if payment is reversed or incomplete.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates and fees depend on your zone and the products ordered. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or upon collection if arranged). Please inspect packages on arrival and report damage or shortages promptly.
5. Returns & warranties
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Delivery & Returns policy. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are between you and the manufacturer; we can help guide the process for genuine defects reported within a reasonable time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping that harms performance, or submitting false information). We may suspend access that puts the store or other customers at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Xikon Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delay in delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve them amicably.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update date.
